Right of withdrawal
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return (worldwide). You must return your order yourself.
To request a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also complete the enclosed return form.
Whether your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The customer bears the costs of return.
Free articles
If you received a free item from us, for example as a "checkout step", you must return it to us if you wish to return your item.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Exchange:
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the existing item and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items.
Refunds:
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Return process
Items must be returned in unused condition.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned item using the original payment method.
